Dana is a physiotherapist who practices in women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy. Dana earned her Bachelor of Science as well as a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia before completing her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Her post-graduate training is centred on natal health, incontinence, pelvic pain, menopausal health, gynaecological and breast cancer therapy, breastfeeding physiotherapy, orthopaedic and sports injury. Living in the young population of Whistler Dana provides public-accessed community based education and treats many prenatal and postnatal clients for birth preparation, pelvic floor safety, and postnatal care. As an active mom of two Dana wants to help women remain active and functional throughout their pregnancies and prepare their bodies for birthing and to return to activity after baby has arrived.
